How to Claim Your Slot on ArrivalesX7, Step by Step
Claiming a slot takes a few minutes. This is the full path, from the first click on the map to the moment your tile goes live.
1. Explore the map
Zoom and pan until you find a spot you like. The small map in the corner shows where you are in the sector. Empty tiles are available, blurred tiles are being held by someone else right now, and tiles with a picture are taken. Click a taken tile to see who is there.
2. Select your slots
Click an available tile to select it, or click several to book them together. Your cart shows the slots you picked and a running total. The moment a slot is in your cart it is held for you for about fifteen minutes, so nobody else can buy it while you check out, and you are warned if the hold is about to run out.
3. Sign in with a code
There are no passwords on ArrivalesX7. Enter your email address and we send a six-digit code that stays valid for a few minutes. Type it in and you are signed in.
4. Describe your slot
Add the name you want shown, a title, a short bio, a category and a picture, and choose your handle: 3 to 20 characters, lowercase letters, digits, hyphens or underscores, starting with a letter. What you enter here belongs to the slot. It does not have to match the details of your account.
If you booked several tiles you can use one image across all of them, a different image on each, or merge neighbouring tiles into one large picture. Bios can run up to 500 characters and titles up to 80.
5. Add your links
Add your website and your social profiles. Only the links you fill in will appear on your profile.
6. Apply a code, if you have one
If you have a referral code or a coupon, enter it at this step. The discount shows straight away.
7. Pay
Prices are listed in US dollars. You pay by card on a secure payment page run by our payment provider, which can show the amount in your own currency. Your card details never pass through ArrivalesX7 itself.
8. Receive your ticket
After payment we email your ticket together with an invoice. The ticket carries two QR codes: one opens a verification page that proves the ticket is genuine, the other opens your public profile.
9. Review, then live
A new listing is checked by the team before it appears on the map. If something needs to change you are told why, and you can edit and resubmit. Once it is approved your tile goes live and stays there.
A few tips
- Pick your handle with care. You can change it later, but not often: a change needs approval, and links you already shared will stop working.
- Changes to a live profile are reviewed too, field by field, so nothing changes instantly.
- Stories are short image or video clips of up to 15 seconds. Everyone can watch them for 24 hours, no account needed.
