02Professional and Commercial Representations

Users displaying professional qualifications, business identities, company names, regulated services, certifications, or commercial offers are responsible for ensuring that the relevant information is accurate, lawful, and supported by any necessary authorization.

The Operator may request reasonable verification of material claims, business identity, professional licensing, or authority to represent an organization.

A profile's approval or inclusion on the Platform does not amount to professional accreditation, regulatory certification, endorsement, or independent verification by ArrivalesX7.

The Operator may remove claims or restrict content where credible evidence indicates that they are materially misleading or unlawful.

03Intellectual Property and Rights Complaints

A person who reasonably believes that content on the Platform infringes their intellectual property, privacy, or other lawful rights may submit a complaint through the designated reporting channel.

The reporting channel and how to reach us are set out in our Legal Notice.

The complaint should identify the relevant content, explain the claimed rights, provide sufficient supporting information, and include contact details for follow-up.

The Operator may temporarily restrict access to disputed content while a credible complaint is assessed.

Where appropriate and legally permissible, affected users may be given an opportunity to respond or provide evidence of authorization.

The Operator may remove content, restore it, or take further proportionate action based on available evidence and applicable legal requirements.

Submission of a complaint does not guarantee removal where the claim is unsupported, abusive, or legally unfounded.

04Repeat Violations and Content Enforcement

The Operator may take escalating enforcement measures against users who repeatedly commit material violations, including warnings, content restrictions, temporary suspensions, and account termination.

The severity of enforcement will take account of the nature of the violation, the risk of harm, prior conduct, and any applicable statutory requirements.

The Operator is not required to preserve publicly visible content that violates applicable law or creates an immediate and serious risk to the Platform or third parties.

An affected user may submit an appeal through the published complaints process, except where disclosure or reconsideration is legally prohibited.

This policy does not impose an obligation to guarantee that every item of user-generated content is accurate or lawful, nor does it relieve the Operator of any mandatory content-moderation obligations applicable to its activities.
