Terms of Service
The rules of the arena — what you can expect from us, and what we expect from you.
01Agreement
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and Achievers FZE ("ArrivalesX7", "we", "us") governing your use of arrivalesx7.com and related services. By creating an account, booking a slot, or otherwise using the service, you agree to these Terms.
Last updated: 31st Oct 2026.
02Platform Ownership and Contracting Entity
ArrivalesX7 (the "Platform") is a digital platform owned and operated by Achievers FZE, a company duly established and licensed under the laws of the United Arab Emirates (the "Operator", "Company", "we", "us", or "our").
"ArrivalesX7" is the commercial name under which the Platform operates. Unless expressly stated otherwise, all contractual relationships arising from the use of the Platform, including the acquisition of digital placement licenses, are entered into exclusively with the Operator.
No director, officer, shareholder, employee, representative, contractor, or affiliate of the Operator shall, solely by reason of that capacity, become personally liable for the Operator's contractual obligations, except where personal liability is imposed by applicable law.
References to ArrivalesX7 in these Terms shall be interpreted as references to the Operator in its capacity as the provider of the Platform.
03What a slot is
A slot is a permanent, non-exclusive licence to display your chosen image and profile at a coordinate on the ArrivalesX7 map. It is a digital presence within our platform. It is not real property, not an ownership interest in ArrivalesX7, and not a guarantee of traffic, visibility, or results. Slots are a one-time purchase and do not expire.
04Your content and conduct
You are responsible for the images, text, links, and Stories you submit, and you confirm you have the rights to use them. You agree not to submit content that is unlawful, infringing, deceptive, hateful, sexually explicit, or otherwise prohibited, and not to impersonate others or interfere with the platform. New listings and certain edits are reviewed before going live, and Stories may be reviewed; we may reject, hide, or remove content that breaks these Terms.
The detailed content rules are in our Community & Content Guidelines.
05Digital Placement License | No Transfer of Ownership
The purchase of a digital slot constitutes the acquisition of a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable-on-specified-grounds contractual license to display approved content within a designated digital coordinate on the Platform, subject to these Terms.
The license does not constitute a sale or transfer of real estate, virtual land, a domain name, intellectual property rights, shares, securities, financial instruments, or any proprietary interest in the Platform or the Operator.
The Operator retains full and exclusive ownership of the Platform, its underlying software, infrastructure, map structure, database, design, brand, intellectual property, and commercial systems.
The allocation of a particular coordinate gives the licensee the right to use that coordinate in accordance with these Terms while the license remains valid. It does not transfer ownership of the coordinate or the underlying technology.
The license is granted solely for the functionality expressly described at the time of purchase. No additional commercial, financial, advertising, or investment rights arise by implication.
06Meaning of Permanent Placement
The term "permanent", when used in connection with a digital slot, means that the license has no predetermined expiration date and does not require periodic renewal fees under the pricing model applicable at the time of purchase.
Permanent placement is conditional upon the continued operation of the Platform, the licensee's compliance with these Terms, and the continued lawful availability of the relevant service.
It does not constitute a guarantee of perpetual business operation, uninterrupted availability, preservation of a particular technical architecture, or indefinite maintenance of any particular feature.
The Operator may undertake maintenance, upgrades, security modifications, or reasonable changes to the Platform, provided that such changes do not unlawfully deprive existing licensees of the essential service purchased.
If the Operator decides to permanently discontinue the Platform or a material part of the purchased service, it will provide reasonable advance notice where practicable and address any applicable consumer remedies in accordance with mandatory law.
Nothing in this provision excludes any statutory right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.
07Accounts
You must provide a valid email to sign in and are responsible for activity under your account. Keep your access secure and enable two-factor authentication if you want an extra layer. You must meet the minimum age required by your jurisdiction to use the service.
08License you grant us
To display your listing and Stories, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, adapt (for example, to generate optimized variants and thumbnails), and publicly display the content you submit, for the purpose of operating and promoting the service. You keep ownership of your content.
09Payments, tax, and pricing
Prices are shown before you pay and are set per sector; we may change future prices at any time. Applicable taxes are added at checkout where required, and an electronic invoice is issued with your ticket. Payments are handled by our payment processor. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
10Referrals and wallet
You may earn commission into your wallet when others book using your referral code, subject to our referral rules. Commission must not be earned through fraud, self-referral, or abuse. Payouts are processed manually once you meet the minimum balance; we may withhold or reverse amounts linked to abuse, chargebacks, or reversed payments.
The full rules are in our Referral, Commission & Wallet Terms, which form part of these Terms.
11Approval, suspension, and removal
We may review, approve, or reject listings and edits, and we may suspend or deactivate accounts that violate these Terms. If a listing is suspended it may be hidden while the slot remains reserved; if an account is deactivated, its slot may be released for resale. Where practical we will tell you why.
12No Guarantee of Visibility, Search Rankings, or Commercial Results
The Operator does not guarantee that any digital slot, profile, image, name, or public page will achieve a particular number of views, impressions, clicks, followers, inquiries, customers, sales, or commercial opportunities.
The Platform does not guarantee indexing, ranking, or continued appearance in Google, Bing, artificial intelligence search systems, or any other third-party discovery service.
Search engines, social networks, and external platforms operate independently and may alter their algorithms, policies, indexing practices, or search results without notice.
The purchase of a slot does not constitute a promise of advertising performance, investment return, financial appreciation, business growth, or public recognition.
Any examples, forecasts, promotional illustrations, or performance statistics must not be interpreted as guaranteed individual results unless expressly incorporated into the written purchase terms.
13Content Moderation and Enforcement Rights
The Operator reserves the right to review, reject, restrict, temporarily hide, suspend, or remove user-submitted content or accounts where it reasonably determines that such action is necessary to enforce these Terms, comply with law, protect third-party rights, investigate suspected fraud, maintain Platform security, or prevent material harm to other users or the Platform.
Where reasonably practicable, users will be informed of material enforcement decisions and given an opportunity to correct a remediable violation or submit an appeal.
Immediate restriction may occur without prior notice where necessary to address urgent security threats, suspected fraud, unlawful conduct, serious rights violations, or binding legal requirements.
Termination of a license for a material breach may result in the release of its assigned coordinate in accordance with the enforcement process. Any refund, if applicable, shall be determined under the Refund Policy and mandatory law.
The Operator's decision to approve or not remove particular content does not constitute verification, certification, endorsement, or acceptance of responsibility for that content.
14Restrictions on Transfer, Assignment, and Resale
Digital placement licenses are issued to the approved account holder and may not be sold, assigned, transferred, sublicensed, pledged, leased, auctioned, or otherwise commercially disposed of without the Operator's prior written approval.
Any attempted unauthorized transfer shall have no effect against the Operator and may constitute a material breach of these Terms.
The Operator may establish a formal transfer or succession procedure in the future and may require identity verification, proof of authority, payment of disclosed administrative charges, and compliance with applicable law before recognizing a permitted transfer.
The Operator is under no obligation to recognize arrangements made privately between users unless expressly approved in accordance with its published procedures.
Nothing in this clause prevents a transfer or succession that must be recognized under applicable mandatory law.
15Intellectual Property and Platform Protection
All rights, title, and interest in the Platform and its proprietary components, including trademarks, trade names, logos, interface designs, coordinate systems, maps, software, source code, databases, original graphics, documentation, and related intellectual property, remain vested in the Operator or its licensors.
Users are granted no rights to reproduce, distribute, reverse engineer, scrape, systematically extract, commercially exploit, or create competing derivatives from protected Platform materials except as expressly authorized by law or in writing by the Operator.
Automated collection of user profiles, contact details, media, coordinates, or other Platform data for unauthorized commercial purposes is prohibited.
Users shall not use the ArrivalesX7 name, logo, or visual identity in a manner suggesting official partnership, sponsorship, endorsement, or affiliation without prior written authorization.
The Operator reserves the right to pursue lawful remedies against infringement, unauthorized exploitation, and material interference with its systems.
16User Representations and Indemnification
By uploading, publishing, or submitting content, the user represents and warrants that the content is accurate to the best of their knowledge, that they possess the necessary rights and permissions for its use, and that its publication does not infringe the intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other lawful rights of any person.
The user remains responsible for claims, statements, advertisements, external links, and commercial representations they publish through their profile.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the user shall indemnify the Operator against reasonable and properly substantiated third-party losses, damages, liabilities, and legal costs arising directly from the user's unlawful content, infringement of third-party rights, fraudulent conduct, or material breach of these Terms.
This indemnity applies only to the extent the relevant liability is attributable to the user's acts or omissions and does not require the user to indemnify the Operator for the Operator's own unlawful conduct, fraud, or liability that cannot legally be excluded or transferred.
The Operator shall provide reasonable notice of a relevant claim where practicable and shall not unreasonably compromise an indemnified claim in a manner imposing additional obligations on the user without the user's consent.
17Third-Party Interactions and External Transactions
The Platform may display hyperlinks, contact details, social media profiles, business descriptions, and other information supplied by users or third parties.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, the Operator is not a party to transactions, communications, agreements, or disputes arising between Platform users and third parties outside the services directly supplied by the Operator.
The Operator does not independently guarantee the identity, credentials, commercial reliability, qualifications, products, services, or representations of individual profile holders.
Users are responsible for conducting appropriate due diligence before entering into transactions or sharing sensitive information with any third party discovered through the Platform.
Nothing in this clause limits the Operator's responsibility for its own representations, mandatory duties, or wrongful conduct under applicable law.
18Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses, including loss of anticipated profits, business opportunities, reputation, goodwill, or expected search visibility, arising from use of the Platform.
Subject to any liability that cannot lawfully be limited, the Operator's aggregate contractual liability arising from a particular paid digital slot shall not exceed the amount actually paid by the claimant to the Operator for that affected slot.
The foregoing limitation does not exclude or restrict liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, personal injury or death caused by negligence where applicable, or any other liability or consumer remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Nothing in these Terms prevents a court or competent authority from awarding remedies expressly required by applicable mandatory law.
Each limitation of liability shall operate independently and shall apply only to the extent enforceable in the relevant jurisdiction.
19Force Majeure and Operational Disruptions
The Operator shall not be liable for a delay or failure in performance to the extent directly caused by an event beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, governmental restrictions, widespread telecommunications failures, major infrastructure outages, or other qualifying force majeure events, subject to applicable law.
The Operator shall take reasonable steps to mitigate the impact of such events and restore affected services where reasonably possible.
Routine maintenance, foreseeable operational difficulties, or failures that could reasonably have been prevented through appropriate safeguards shall not automatically qualify as force majeure.
The Operator may temporarily restrict services for maintenance, security containment, or legal compliance, provided that the exercise of such rights remains consistent with the material obligations undertaken toward users and any mandatory remedies.
20Payment Verification, Fraud Prevention, and Financial Compliance
The Operator may apply proportionate identity, payment, and transaction verification measures where reasonably necessary to prevent fraud, unauthorized transactions, chargeback abuse, money laundering, sanctions violations, or other unlawful activity.
The Operator may temporarily delay fulfillment or withhold a disputed payout while a reasonably justified verification or investigation is ongoing, subject to applicable law and any applicable payment-provider requirements.
Transactions involving stolen payment instruments, false identities, manipulated referrals, unauthorized payment reversals, or other proven fraudulent conduct may be cancelled and referred to the relevant payment provider or competent authority.
Where a transaction is cancelled, any refund or adjustment shall be handled in accordance with applicable law and the Refund Policy.
The Operator will not confiscate undisputed user funds or earned commissions solely by invoking a generalized right of discretion.
21Electronic Acceptance and Transaction Records
By selecting an affirmative acceptance checkbox or completing another legally valid acceptance process, the user confirms that they have been given access to the applicable contractual terms and agree to be bound by them.
The Operator may maintain records of the version of the Terms presented, the time and method of acceptance, transaction confirmations, receipts, relevant account activity, and associated technical evidence for lawful contractual, accounting, security, and dispute-resolution purposes.
Such records may be submitted as evidence of the transaction, subject to applicable laws governing electronic records, evidence, privacy, and the rights of the parties.
Acceptance of these Terms does not replace any separate consent required for optional marketing, non-essential tracking, or other processing activities requiring distinct consent under applicable data-protection law.
22Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and the contractual relationship between the user and the Operator shall be governed by the applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates.
Subject to mandatory jurisdictional rules and any non-excludable consumer rights, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of the Emirate in which the Operator is legally established, as identified in the Platform's Legal Notice.
Before initiating formal proceedings, either party may request an attempt at amicable resolution by submitting a written complaint through the designated dispute-resolution channel.
The parties will seek to resolve the complaint within 30 calendar days of receipt, unless a shorter period is required by law.
This procedure does not restrict the right of any person to contact a regulator, exercise statutory consumer rights, seek urgent judicial relief, or initiate proceedings where prior negotiations are not legally required.
The Operator retains the right to seek urgent injunctive or protective relief in any court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent intellectual property infringement, unauthorized system access, or serious ongoing harm.
23Amendments, Corporate Reorganization, and Assignment
The Operator may revise these Terms to reflect legal requirements, security developments, operational changes, or new Platform features.
Material amendments affecting existing paid rights will be communicated through reasonable notice and, where required by applicable law, will be subject to the user's affirmative acceptance or other legally prescribed procedure.
The Operator may assign or transfer its rights and obligations under these Terms to a successor entity in connection with a bona fide merger, acquisition, restructuring, or transfer of the Platform business, provided that applicable legal requirements are satisfied and existing users' mandatory rights are preserved.
Where relevant, users will be informed of a change in the contracting entity and any associated change in the processing of their personal data in accordance with applicable law.
No amendment shall retrospectively deprive a user of an accrued statutory right or remedy.
24Severability, Entire Agreement, and No Waiver
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be limited or severed to the extent necessary, without affecting the enforceability of the remaining provisions.
These Terms, together with any applicable purchase-specific disclosures and expressly incorporated policies, constitute the agreement governing the relevant service.
In the event of a conflict, mandatory law shall prevail, followed by any specific contractual disclosure applicable to the purchase, and then these general Terms.
Any failure or delay by the Operator to exercise a contractual right shall not constitute a waiver of that right unless expressly confirmed in writing.
Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, employment relationship, agency, franchise, or joint venture between the Operator and any user solely through use of the Platform.
25Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
26Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ArrivalesX7 will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for the slot(s) giving rise to the claim.
27Changes and governing law
We may update these Terms from time to time; material changes will be posted here with a new date, and continued use means you accept them. These Terms are governed by the laws of UAE Courts, and disputes are subject to the courts of that jurisdiction, except where local law gives you additional rights.
