01Cookies and Similar Technologies

In this policy, the Operator is Achievers FZE, the company that operates ArrivalesX7, and the Platform is arrivalesx7.com and its related services (see the Legal Notice).

ArrivalesX7 may use cookies and similar browser technologies to maintain authentication sessions, protect accounts, support essential security functions, and enable the technical operation of the Platform.

Strictly necessary technologies are used where legally permitted without optional tracking consent.

Where optional analytics, advertising, personalization, or other non-essential tracking technologies are introduced, the Operator will provide the disclosures and consent choices required by applicable law before activating such technologies.

Users will be provided with relevant information concerning the purposes of applicable technologies, their retention periods or expiry criteria, and the categories of providers involved.

Where consent is legally required, users will have an appropriate mechanism to give, refuse, or withdraw that consent.

02What we use today

• Strictly necessary: x7_session (30 days) keeps you signed in; x7_2fa_pending (10 minutes) and x7_td (30 days) handle the second sign-in step and remember a trusted device, and only exist if you use two-factor authentication; x7_cart (24 hours) holds your cart and checkout between pages; x7_consent (180 days) remembers your cookie choice.
• Anonymous visit counting, set by us without asking first: x7_vid (one year) is a random identifier with no name or email attached. It lets us count visits to the site, views of profiles and of stories, and the country visitors come from, which our content delivery network reports for the connection (we do not keep your IP address in these records), and it limits abuse. It is not shared with anyone and it is not used for advertising.
• Live visitor counter: while a page is open, your browser connects to our live-update service with a signed token that is valid for five minutes and carries only the random identifier, so that the number of people online can be shown. Nothing is stored on your device for this.
• Kept in your browser only: your preferences, such as the sound setting and the notices you dismissed, and the stories you have already seen. If you are signed in, the list of stories you have seen is also kept with your account so that it follows you between devices.
• Optional, only if you accept analytics: Google Analytics, which sets cookies such as _ga and _ga_ followed by an identifier (up to two years), to measure how the site is used. It is switched off until you accept, and it stops when you withdraw.

We do not use advertising cookies.

03Third-Party Cookies and External Services

Certain third-party services integrated into or linked from the Platform may use their own cookies or similar technologies.

Where the Operator determines the purposes and means of such technologies, the Operator will meet its applicable notice, consent, and other data-protection obligations.

External websites reached through user-submitted links operate independently and may apply their own privacy and cookie policies.

The Operator does not control independent tracking practices on websites outside the Platform merely because a user chooses to visit those websites through an external link.

Users are encouraged to review the relevant third-party policies before submitting personal information to external services.

04Analytics Accuracy and Technical Limitations

Cookies, anonymous identifiers, and other permitted measurement technologies may be affected by browser settings, privacy tools, device configurations, and third-party restrictions.

Accordingly, visitor counts and engagement statistics may contain reasonable measurement differences or delays.

The Operator does not represent that analytics data constitutes independently verified traffic or a guaranteed commercial performance metric.

Any data processing carried out through such technologies will remain subject to applicable privacy and data-protection obligations.

You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the strictly necessary ones are needed to sign in and to pay, so parts of the service will not work without them.
