Refund & Cancellation Policy

What is refundable, what is not, and how to ask.

01The nature of the purchase

A slot is a one-time purchase of a permanent digital coordinate that is delivered to you as soon as your listing is approved and goes live. Because it is a permanent digital good rather than a subscription or a physical item, refunds are limited as set out below.

Last updated: 27th Oct 2026.

02Before your listing goes live

If you have paid but your listing has not yet been approved and made live, you may request a refund and we will generally honour it, minus any non-refundable payment-processing fees where applicable.

03After your listing goes live

Once your listing is approved and live on the map, the slot is considered delivered and is generally non-refundable. We may still make exceptions at our discretion — for example:

  • a duplicate or accidental charge;
  • a technical fault on our side that prevents your listing from displaying and that we cannot resolve;
  • where a refund is required by the consumer law that applies to you.

04Rejected listings

If your listing is rejected during review, you can edit and resubmit it at no extra cost. If you cannot bring it into compliance and it has not gone live, contact us to discuss a refund of that booking.

05Referral commission and discounts

If a refunded order used a referral code or coupon, any related discount and any commission credited to a referrer may be reversed. Commission linked to refunded or charged-back orders is not payable.

06Taxes and invoices

Where a refund is issued, any applicable tax charged on that order is refunded with it, and a corrected invoice or credit note is provided where required.

07How to request a refund

Email support@arrivalesx7.com from the address on your account, with your ticket serial or invoice number and a short description of the issue. We aim to review requests promptly. Refunds are returned to your original payment method.

08Chargebacks

If you believe there is a problem with a charge, please contact us first , we can usually resolve it faster than a bank dispute. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may lead to your listing being suspended while the dispute is investigated.

09Digital Delivery and Fulfillment Confirmation

A purchased digital placement licence shall be considered delivered when the Operator has approved the required submission, activated the assigned coordinate, and made the corresponding profile or placement accessible through the Platform in accordance with the purchased specifications.

The Operator may record the time of activation, coordinate allocation, confirmation notices, transaction reference, and related fulfillment evidence.

Payment confirmation or temporary reservation alone does not necessarily establish final delivery where profile approval and activation remain outstanding.

A successfully delivered license is subject to the post-delivery cancellation and refund rules set out in this Policy, without prejudice to any mandatory statutory rights.

10Cancellation Before Activation

A purchaser may submit a cancellation request before the relevant digital placement has been approved and activated.

Where cancellation is accepted before delivery, the Operator will return amounts due to the purchaser in accordance with applicable law and the terms disclosed at checkout.

Any administrative or processing charge retained in connection with a voluntary cancellation must have been clearly disclosed before purchase and must be legally permissible.

Where the Operator is unable or unwilling to provide the purchased service for reasons not attributable to the purchaser, the purchaser will receive any refund or remedy required by applicable law.

The Operator will not impose undisclosed deductions or charges that conflict with mandatory consumer protections.

11Refunds Following Successful Digital Delivery

Following successful activation and delivery of a digital placement licence, a purchaser will not ordinarily be entitled to cancel the transaction merely because of a change of mind, disappointment with traffic, lower-than-expected engagement, or failure to achieve personal or commercial objectives, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

A refund or other appropriate remedy may remain available where the service was materially misdescribed, was not properly delivered, suffered a qualifying defect that the Operator failed to remedy, or where another mandatory consumer right applies.

The Operator may first offer an appropriate correction or restoration of the service where such a remedy is lawful, proportionate, and consistent with the purchaser's statutory rights.

Nothing in this Policy excludes the right to a refund, cancellation, replacement, or other remedy where that right cannot legally be excluded.

12Rejected Content and Failure to Complete Verification

Where submitted content does not comply with the Platform's published requirements, the purchaser will normally be offered a reasonable opportunity to correct and resubmit the content.

If the purchased service cannot lawfully be delivered despite reasonable corrective opportunities, the Operator will assess the appropriate cancellation and refund outcome in accordance with the reasons for non-delivery, the information disclosed before purchase, and mandatory law.

The Operator may refuse to activate content involving impersonation, unlawful material, unauthorized intellectual property, suspected fraud, or other material violations of these Terms.

Where the Operator declines to provide the service without a legally valid basis to retain payment, the purchaser will receive the applicable refund.

The content-review process shall not be used as a mechanism to retain payment for a service the Operator has not provided where retention would be unlawful.

13Payment Disputes and Chargebacks

Purchasers are encouraged to contact the Operator through the designated complaints channel if they believe a payment was unauthorized, duplicated, incorrect, or associated with a service-delivery problem.

The Operator may provide transaction records, acceptance evidence, invoices, activation logs, and relevant correspondence to an authorized payment service provider for the lawful investigation of a dispute.

Where a payment is reversed or remains genuinely disputed, the Operator may temporarily restrict the specific unpaid or disputed service as reasonably necessary to avoid duplicate recovery or further financial loss.

Users will not be penalized solely for exercising a lawful right to complain to a bank, payment provider, regulator, or competent authority.

Any permanent cancellation, deduction, or recovery of funds shall remain subject to applicable law and the payment provider's binding rules.

14Refund Processing and Payment Method

Approved refunds will normally be returned through the original payment method, unless another lawful arrangement is expressly agreed or required.

The Operator will initiate refunds within any mandatory legal timeframe. The final date on which funds appear in the purchaser's account may depend on the payment provider, card network, and receiving financial institution.

Where applicable, the Operator will issue a credit note, corrected invoice, or other appropriate transaction record.

The Operator may request reasonable information necessary to identify the original transaction and prevent an unauthorized or duplicate refund.

Refund requests and decisions will be documented for legitimate accounting, compliance, and dispute-resolution purposes.

15Mandatory Consumer Rights and Cross-Border Purchases

This Refund Policy applies subject to any mandatory consumer protection, digital content, distance-selling, or withdrawal rights applicable to the purchaser's transaction.

Where a jurisdiction permits the loss or modification of a statutory withdrawal right following the immediate supply of digital content or commencement of digital services, the Operator will rely on such an exception only where all applicable disclosure, consent, acknowledgment, and other legal requirements have been satisfied.

No general statement that digital products are non-refundable shall override a mandatory statutory right.

The Operator may publish additional country-specific terms where legally necessary, provided they are communicated to affected purchasers before the transaction.
