01What is ArrivalesX7?

A full-screen interactive map where you claim a permanent coordinate — a slot. Each slot shows your image on the grid and links to your public profile. It is a presence in a shared universe, not an advertisement.

02Is a slot really permanent?

Yes. Your digital slot is purchased through a one-time payment and has no scheduled expiration or recurring renewal fee under the applicable purchase terms.

Your placement remains active for as long as ArrivalesX7 continues operating the relevant service and your account remains compliant with our Terms of Service.

Permanent placement does not mean ownership of the Platform or a guarantee that the business will operate forever. Your applicable consumer rights remain protected by law.

03How much does a slot cost?

Prices are set per sector and shown live on the map and at checkout. Later sectors are priced higher by design, and Sector VII (GOLD) is the most exclusive. The exact total — including any discount and tax — is always shown before you pay.

04Can I buy more than one slot?

Yes. Select several available tiles on the map, add them to your cart, and book them together. With multiple tiles you can:

• give each tile its own image,
• use one image across all of them, or
• merge adjacent tiles into a single, larger image.

05What do I get after I book?

A ticket with two QR codes — one verifies the ticket, the other opens your profile — plus an electronic invoice. You also get a shareable profile link, arrivalesx7.com/@your-handle.

06Why does my listing need approval?

New listings and certain profile edits are briefly reviewed before they go live, to keep the arena clean. If something is rejected you are told why and can edit and resubmit. A welcome message arrives once you are approved.

07What are Stories?

Short 15-second image or video transmissions you can post from your dashboard. They are visible to everyone for 24 hours and appear as a glowing ring on your mark. No account is needed to view them.

08How does the referral system work?

Share your referral code. When someone books using it, they get a discount and you earn commission into your wallet. Payouts are processed manually once you pass the minimum balance.

09Do I need an account to browse?

No. Anyone can explore the map, open profiles, and watch Stories without signing in. You only need an account to book and manage your own listings.

10How do I sign in?

With a one-time code sent to your email — no password to remember. You can also enable optional two-factor authentication from your account settings.

11Can I edit my profile later?

Yes, from your dashboard. Every change to a live listing — including the photo — is reviewed by an admin before it goes live. There is a monthly limit on edit requests.

12Do I own my digital coordinate?

You receive a contractual license to use your assigned coordinate within ArrivalesX7, subject to the Terms of Service.

You do not purchase physical property, a domain name, equity in the Company, or ownership of the underlying Platform technology.

Your coordinate is allocated to your approved profile while your license remains valid.

13Will my profile appear on Google and other search engines?

Approved public profiles may be discoverable through Google and other search services, depending on the profile's visibility settings and the independent indexing policies of those services.

ArrivalesX7 may make eligible public profile pages technically accessible to search engines, but indexing, ranking, visibility, and ongoing inclusion in search results cannot be guaranteed.

14Can I sell or transfer my slot to someone else?

Not automatically. Digital placement licenses are personal and cannot be sold or transferred without the prior written approval of ArrivalesX7, except where required by applicable law.

An official transfer procedure may be made available in the future, subject to the applicable eligibility, verification, and administrative requirements.

15Will my slot increase in value or generate income?

ArrivalesX7 is a digital presence platform, not an investment product.

Purchasing a slot does not guarantee financial returns, resale value, advertising performance, customer acquisition, or future appreciation.

Any separate referral commissions are governed exclusively by the applicable Referral Program Terms.
