Referral, Commission & Wallet Terms

01Nature of the Referral Program

These terms form part of our Terms of Service (section 7). In them, the Operator is Achievers FZE, the company that operates ArrivalesX7 (see the Legal Notice).

The ArrivalesX7 Referral Program is a discretionary commercial incentive program through which eligible participants may earn commissions on qualifying completed purchases made through valid referral attribution.

Participation does not create employment, partnership, franchise, agency, investment, or joint-venture relationships between participants and the Operator.

Referral participants have no authority to enter into contracts, make binding representations, incur obligations, or accept payments on behalf of the Operator.

The Program does not guarantee a minimum income, recurring earnings, or any particular financial result.

Commissions arise from qualifying transactions under the published Program rules, not merely from recruiting new participants or creating additional accounts.

Participants are solely responsible for lawful promotional activity and for complying with applicable marketing and tax obligations.

02Commission Eligibility and Validation

A referral commission becomes earned and payable only when the relevant purchase qualifies under the Program rules applicable at the time of the transaction, payment has been successfully completed, applicable verification requirements have been satisfied, and any relevant refund or payment-reversal conditions have been resolved.

The applicable commission rate, eligible transaction types, attribution rules, validation period, and payout threshold will be published before the qualifying referral transaction.

The Operator may reject or reverse commissions resulting from fraudulent activity, self-referrals where prohibited, duplicate accounts, unauthorized promotions, cancelled transactions, refunds, or payment reversals.

A commission shall not be withheld or reversed arbitrarily once lawfully earned.

The Operator may maintain transaction records and referral-attribution evidence to resolve commission disputes fairly and consistently.

03Wallet Function and Payout Conditions

The referral wallet is an internal accounting feature used to display eligible commissions and transaction adjustments.

Unless expressly authorized and separately regulated, it is not a bank account, deposit account, electronic money product, transferable financial instrument, or investment service.

Wallet balances do not earn interest and may not be transferred, exchanged, or used outside the features expressly authorized by the Operator.

Payout requests are subject to the published minimum threshold, supported payout methods, identity verification, applicable tax documentation, sanctions screening, and reasonable anti-fraud controls.

The Operator may temporarily delay a payout where a specific, documented compliance concern or payment dispute reasonably requires investigation.

Undisputed amounts that have become legally payable will be settled in accordance with the Program terms and applicable law.

04Prohibited Referral Practices

Participants must not engage in false advertising, unsolicited commercial messaging in violation of applicable law, impersonation, deceptive incentives, automated account creation, artificial referrals, or fraudulent transaction generation.

Participants may not falsely present themselves as employees, authorized agents, or official representatives of ArrivalesX7.

Any promotional statement made by a participant must accurately describe the Platform and must not promise guaranteed profits, investment appreciation, future resale value, or financial returns.

The Operator may investigate suspected abuse, suspend future commission eligibility, and recover amounts obtained through proven fraud or material contractual violations, subject to applicable law.

The Operator may refer suspected unlawful activity to competent authorities where appropriate.

05Program Modification or Termination

The Operator may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Referral Program prospectively for legitimate commercial, legal, regulatory, or security reasons.

Material changes to commission rates, eligibility conditions, or payout procedures will be published with reasonable notice where required.

Changes will not retroactively extinguish commissions validly earned under the rules applicable to completed qualifying transactions, except for lawful adjustments arising from fraud, refunds, payment reversals, or other previously disclosed conditions.

Termination of Program participation does not automatically eliminate an existing lawful entitlement to payment.

The Operator reserves the right to refuse future participation by users who materially breach the Program rules.
